The Total Care plan: two systems, no after-hours premium
For properties where a failure costs money rather than comfort: two systems covered, weekend and after-hours premiums removed, and light commercial refrigeration on request.

Overview
This plan exists for properties where something is on the line beyond how the living room feels: a second system, an outbuilding, or refrigeration holding stock that will not survive a warm weekend.
Everything in Comfort applies, extended to a second system, with the after-hours premium taken off entirely.
What’s included
- Two tune-ups a year on up to two systems
- Everything in Comfort
- 20% discount on repairs
- No after-hours or weekend premium
- Annual credit toward system replacement
- Light commercial refrigeration covered on request
Right for you if
- Two systems, commonly one up, one down
- An outbuilding, workshop or suite on its own equipment
- A small commercial or mixed-use property
- Light refrigeration alongside comfort cooling
- A failure that costs money, not just comfort
Not the right plan if
You have one system and no refrigeration. You would be paying for a second tune-up you cannot use. Comfort is the same service for a single system, and we would rather you bought that one.
What it saves you
Two-system homes fail in a particular way. The working unit masks the broken one: downstairs stays comfortable while upstairs quietly climbs, and the call gets made days after the fault started. Covering both on the same visit is how you find the second one on schedule instead of in July.
The after-hours clause is the part that most often pays for itself in a single call. Refrigeration and multi-system properties do not fail politely inside business hours; they fail on Friday night and over holiday weekends, which are exactly the hours a premium normally applies to. Removing it changes the arithmetic on the calls these properties actually generate.
The replacement credit exists to keep both sides pointed the same way. A maintenance plan that quietly hopes you never replace anything puts the contractor and the customer on opposite sides of the same decision. If a system is genuinely finished, we would rather say so and have the years you paid us count toward the new one.
Common questions
Does this cover two separate HVAC systems?
Yes, up to two systems on the same property, both maintained on the same visits. A common case is one unit upstairs and one down, where the working unit hides the failing one until upstairs becomes unlivable.
Do you cover commercial refrigeration on this plan?
Light refrigeration, on request, and it is worth discussing before you sign rather than after. Walk-in coolers and reach-ins vary enormously in what they need. For a busy restaurant the honest answer is often a dedicated arrangement rather than a residential plan with refrigeration added on: ask and we will tell you which one you are.
What counts as after-hours?
Evenings, weekends and holidays: the hours a call-out premium would normally apply to. On this plan it does not.
How does the replacement credit work?
Each year on the plan earns a credit toward a future system replacement with us. Ask Trey for the current amount and how long it carries.
Two systems, one contractor, one call.
Tell Trey what is on the property and he will tell you whether this is the right plan.
