Who We Are
Founder-led, licensed, local
Southern Dreams Mechanical Services was founded on a simple principle: be honest, be available, and do work you are proud of.
In practice that means emergency calls are answered around the clock, we stand behind every job, and we make sure your experience is better than it was before we arrived. Where a national franchise hands you down a chain of dispatchers, the people who quote the work here are the people who do it.
We are licensed and insured in Louisiana, and we cover heating and cooling alongside commercial refrigeration. For a restaurant or a small commercial building that is the whole mechanical side under one contractor, which means coordinated scheduling and one person accountable when something goes wrong.

The Owner
Meet the owner
Most folks call me after someone told them they need a whole new system. Sometimes that is true. Plenty of times it is not, and I will show you what failed and why before I quote you anything. If you cannot see the problem for yourself, I have not explained it well enough.
